How to get started using Kennel Booker

West Creek Kennels uses Kennel Booker for all dog boarding and daycare bookings!
Below is a link to the kennel booker site. If this is your first visit, Click on, “Are you a new customer?” When creating your new account, you will have to create a user name, this will be your email, and of course a password. Kennel booker will guild you through a series of questions about you and your dog. Once created you will be able to access with your email and password, your information will be saved. You can access your account from your computer, or download the app form to access on tablet or mobile device.

Using the Kennel Booker Pet Parent App
The app is available in both Android and Apple/IOS platforms. I will share the links below to the appropriate sites to download. This makes it that much more convenient for you to plan and update your dog’s next stay with us.
You will need a West Creek Kennels code, it is WCKF.
Once you have the app downloaded this code allows you access to our kennel and booking services.
